Ben Whelan-Morin has been directing choirs and teaching general music for the last 23 years in Connecticut, DC, and for the last 16 years at Riverside Elementary School here in Mount Vernon. He also served as the co-chair of the FCPS All County Choral Festival in 2023 and 2024. As a tenor vocalist, he has supported several area churches as a soloist and section leader for large scale choral pieces and is thrilled to continue performing with the Mount Vernon Chamber Singers for its second year.
