The mission of the Mount Vernon Chamber Singers is to deliver high quality and meaningful choral performances that foster musical engagement in Alexandria. We accomplish this goal by remaining centered on our community, our artistry, and our concert programming. Without a doubt, singers, audience members, and our community partners will see the great impact excellent choral music has on all of us. Choral music has the power to bring us together; It has the power to have us feel our emotions; It has the power to keep our cultural and musical heritages alive; And, it has the power to create a more just world.
